Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After the 12-hour period, cancellation requests will not be eligible for a refund.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged during transportation. In such cases:
- To qualify for a refund, customers must provide a clear, uninterrupted video recording of the unboxing and inspection of the plant on arrival.
- Refunds will only apply to damaged plants.
- Delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Processing Refunds
Upon receiving and verifying the unboxing video, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
